Highlighting the January 3334 Fire and Ice
I had somehow managed to wrangle some invitations to Mount Olympus. It was more than three years since the last time I was there, so I joined up as soon as the newest event was announced to see if I could manage to hold the top for a few seconds.
Alas, there were others who had arrived before me, and my odds of defeating them were minuscule at best. More arrived after me, and seeing an easy target they advanced over the wreckage of my formation.
Outclassed doesn't even begin to describe it. When you have 30 opponents who have 100-200 Levels on you, the only place can realistically expect to be at the end is at the bottom of the pile.
I ended up there, and when the scramble came along some notes and footage were taken. This revealed the winners this time to have been:

The event was a popular one, we had 58 more Commanders showing up compared to the Dirty 30. The spread was uneven, perhaps caused by the narrow entrance to some of the mountains? A total of 12 Bronzes went unclaimed and were sent for resmelting this time.
The event was fairly short, it ended in the 6th minute. It could be the reason why so few Gold medals changed hands, only two did the last half-hour. Eight Golds were held for more than two hours, 3 of them for more than a day.
The action was not particularly heavy, as shown by the number of other medals held for more than 30 minutes in this event:

Admittedly, it was pretty heavy action on Mount Olympus where only three Bronze holders clung to the medals. But aside from that bright spot spectator wise, only five Silvers (of 44) and eleven Bronzes (of eighty-eight) changed hands.
The only clan to secure multiple Golds was Northwind Dragons who controlled K2 and K4. There was no unaligned winners, but Chris Zimmer of the Northwind Dragons got his second Gold in a row.
Upcoming event: King Chrono
This is an unlimited event. You can field whatever Mechs you have and can fit into the formation. It is also a Chrono, so joining up soonest and being at a high position when the snapshots are taken is recommended. Remember, in a Chrono it is the total points, not the position when it ends that determines the winner.
Equipment and weapons work as normal.
