Highlighting the August 3337 Point Mech Panic
After the Wars, many formations are shattered, and some Commanders have few if any Mechs left.
For that reason we generally have an event where you just need one Mech.
Of course you should pick carefully and give it the best you have, but that is of course among what is still available.
I signed up, but then went to the Multiverse and promptly forgot the event. My long suffering crew sighed, and used the gun-cameraes to get me enough footage that I could determine the winners had been:

Total Contestants: 316, Total medals claimed: 177 (of 180 possible)
We had the same number of contenders as in the Front Line.
But the divisions had changed a bit and were pretty uneven. The 3 lowest tops had just one more more contender combined than it was on K4 alone.
Result: Three Bronzes sent back for resmelting.
The most winning model this time were the Fext (3 Golds)
The runner up was the Boreas (2 Golds). We had two Crystal Mech winners as well, the Hoplite and the Holmes.
A word about the Holmes winning. I have for some time wondered if the reason some tops are static at the end is because those on the higher positions are overwhelmingly strong, or the others don't want top prizes. It could of course be they simply don't show up.
But the Holmes winning on K7, where all within reach had Mechs of at least double the tonnage and/or heavier Niode Mechs, puts the theory of superior strenght at least in serious doubt.
Six Golds changed hands at leas once during the last half-hour, one of them in the last handful of seconds. Four Golds were held for more than two hours, one of them for more than a day.
Fighting was pretty heavy on the highest tops, then it tapered off, as seen by the number of medals held for more than 30 minutes in this event:

On Mount Olympus, K3, K4 and K8 more than half the Medals changed hands, on the 3 lowest tops there wasn't even a single successful attack.
Night Hammers was the only clan to bring back two Golds this time, from K8 and K9. Two unaligned winners triumphed on the lowest tops; Batata Noire on K11 and Muhammad Fakhri Faiz on K12.
