Highlighting the November 3337 Triple Rainbow
After the Quadruple rainbow one wondered what would come as a follow up. Perhaps a Mech event, we hadn't had one for either the Warg or the Pyrophorus yet.
But no. We got another Rainbow, triple this time.
I took a look at the contest and decided to fore go it.
A friend promised to let me have a copy of the footage from his gun cameras, and to scribble some notes.
As I went through it and saw later, the winners had been:

For some reason this Triple Rainbow attracted 19more contestants then the preceding Quadruple Rainbow.
While this didn't fill out all the divisions, we had only seven unclaimed Bronzes this time, compared to 21 from the Quadruple rainbow.
Fighting varied. During the last half-hour we saw three Gold medals change hands, two of them the last minute. Eight Golds were held for more than two hours, one of them for more than a day.
Still, the percentage of Golds in play was higher than for the other prizes, just look at the number of medals held for more than 30 minutes in this event:

Pretty casual ending this time. Twenty medals in total, from the seven highest tops changed hands, on the five lowest we had no successful attacks.
Both clown clan (k9 + K10) and Northwind Dragons (K2 +K3) managed to secure two Golds in this event.
We also had one unaligned winner; Katty Mariano on K12.
None of the quadruple Rainbow winners managed to get a follow up Gold.
Unaligned Katty Mariana got her first triumph in this, her first KotM event. At her Level (7) she can control 6 Mechs. So far she have not assigned any of her skill points, so the heaviest Mech she can use safely is still only 45 tons.
